Who We Are
Sitefinders Group of Companies is an Alberta based real estate brokerage and development company. The company was founded by Dr. Allan Matthews who has been active in real estate since 1979. Sitefinders primary focus is the selection of retail real estate in mid-sized markets, in Alberta.
What We Do
Our Tenants know us by our name. We "Site-Find" for them, selecting prime real estate. We first use our brokerage services to find the most suitable site for them, and then purchase the site and then develop it for them. Our Lenders know us as developers of quality commercial real estate.
